Filament ASA Glass Fiber Black 1.75mm 1kg Professional Lab
Product Description
Filament Professional Lab ASA Glass Fiber 1.75 mm (1 kg) | Black
Provide your prints with the highest durability native to industrial and technical applications thanks to the advanced Professional Lab ASA Glass Fiber filament in black. Combining the natural resistance of ASA material to UV radiation and atmospheric factors with the stiffness and reinforcement of glass fibers, this product is an ideal choice for printing elements exposed to high mechanical loads, automotive components and functional external parts operating at temperatures up to 100°C.
The addition of glass fibers noticeably reduces material shrinkage (low warping) and provides an aesthetic, matte surface finish that effectively masks the printing layers. The filament has a precise diameter of 1.75 mm (with a strict tolerance of 0.03 mm) and is wound on a standard spool with a net weight of 1 kg, which guarantees smooth material feeding and full compatibility with most FDM/FFF 3D printers available on the market.
Why is it worth choosing ASA Glass Fiber Professional Lab filament?
- Glass fiber reinforcement: Increased stiffness, higher impact resistance and excellent dimensional stability of prints.
- Resistance to UV and weather conditions: The material is perfect for outdoor use and does not degrade under the influence of sun and rain.
- Thermal resistance up to 100°C: Allows printed elements to work safely in environments with elevated temperatures.
- Matte finish and low shrinkage: Minimized warping makes printing easier, and the matte surface gives a professional look.
Technical specifications:
Materials: ASA reinforced with glass fiber Color: Black Filament diameter: 1.75 mm (tolerance +/- 0.03 mm) Net weight: 1kg Nozzle temperature: 180°C – 240°C Table temperature: 50°C – 60°C Spool dimensions: Outer diameter: 195 mm / Mounting hole: 75 mm Producer: Imagine s.c., Cholerzyn 501, 32-060 Liszki, NIP: PL6772374005
Usage and storage information:
The filament is delivered on a factory spool with a moisture absorber. Due to the content of glass fibers, it is recommended to use hardened nozzles (e.g. hardened steel or ruby) to prevent premature wear. Store in a dry and cool place, away from moisture.
